OC Pet Expo
If you live in southern California and you’re a pet lover I highly recommend you visit the OC Pet Expo at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, CA. We’ve been attending this event for the past few years and we’re never disappointed.
Pet Rescues
One of the great things about the Orange County Pet Expo are all the pet rescues that participate at the event. If you’re looking to rescue a cat or dog you’ll get a chance to see hundreds of adoptable animals at the OC Pet Expo.
Entertainment and Attractions
We try to catch most of the events out there, but there’s a lot going on and we can only do so much in one day. As I mentioned there are the animal adoptions. We also enjoy many of the other days events including:
- Splash Dogs – dogs jump for distance into a pool of water.
- K9 Demo – watch the police dog demo
- Agility Course – watch the dogs run through the agility course.
- Product Expo – check out the latest and greatest pet products and get some great deals.
- Other Animals – from dogs to cats to alpaca, birds, and reptiles. Most animals you can have as pets are here at the OC Pet Expo
I even read that reknowned dog training expert Victoria Stillwell will be at this years Orange County Pet Expo. I’m sure she’d have a lot of great hints on dog and puppy training. However, I have yet to confirm this on the Pet Expo website.

The last couple years we’ve helped out at the Guide Dogs of America booth. I’m not sure if we’ll be at their booth this year, but even if we’re not we’ll definitely join in at the fun and excitement of the Orange County Pet Expo.
